Stand Options and Price

PAWRS offers two different stand options, firstly outside space at £25.60 per m2, stands vary from 50m2 to 500m2 perfect for large machinery and vehicles. Second option is the in/out stands which consist of a row of marquees with outside space in front. They come in sizes of 9m2 (£900) or 18m2 (£1800) and all with free outside space, an electric point and carpeted flooring.

ALL EXHIBITORS can take full advantage of the FREE demonstration zone, we all know nothing draws in a crowd like moving machinery.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Demonstration Zone - £1,200+vat

As we all know nothing pulls in a crowd like a demonstration zone so why not join us in the first demonstration zone of its time. Your company logo on both the outside fencing and the site plan.

Networking Area - £4,000+vat

This new and exciting area will play host to all attending the show, offering a "drink voucher" scheme which all exhibitors can pay into. With this sponsorship you will receive;

Allocated "VIP Area" within the marquee.
200 drink vouchers.
Space for your banners inside and outside the marquee.
Your logo to be present on all drink vouchers.

Registration Sponsor - £2,000+vat

The registration both online and on site gives you maximum exposure to all attendees. Your logo will placed on the visitor registration page of the pawrs.com and also your logo at the visitor registration desk.

Conference Sponsor - £2500 +vat

There is two different conference suites available for sponsorship, the sponsors logo will be featured on all site plans, allocated space for banners within the conference marquee, logo to be on the presentation screen between each speaker, literature hand out to conference attendees.

Site Plan Sponsor - £500+vat

Your company logo to be present on all site plans including online, onsite and on the show guide. This is a great way of highlighting your stand position increasing footfall.

Hi Vis Sponsor - £390+vat

Your company logo to be printed on the reverse of hi vis vests that is worn by all stewards at all times. Stewards are present at the entrance/ exit and every gate.

Lanyard Sponsor - £2200+vat (SOLD)

Your company logo to appear on all lanyards distributed to all delegates and exhibitors.

Exhibition Bag Sponsor - £3400+vat

Your company name and logo will appear on the 5,000 exhibition bags, which is distributed to every delegate and exhibitor, providing a lasting reinforcement of your brand.

Shuttle Bus Sponsor - £320+vat

Your logo to be appear on the side and back of the mini bus that collects visitors from the car park.
